Answers come from your employer's schedule

Shiftline answers using the schedule your employer uploaded, read and phrased by automated software. It can be wrong or out of date. The schedule your employer posts or confirms is the official one. We are not responsible for missed, late or extra shifts that result from relying on a Shiftline answer.

Plans and billing

Free plans have the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period and we don't refund partial periods. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.

Ending service

You can stop using Shiftline at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, our phone numbers or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

Shiftline is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost wages or profits.

General

Wisconsin law governs these terms. We may update them and will post changes here with a new date; continuing to use Shiftline means you accept them. Questions: help@textshiftline.com.
